She has worked for 3 ENR top 20 prime contractors in commercial and civil construction supporting some of the nation’s largest public infrastructure projects. Adrienne brings a passion for developing strategy, collaboration, and consensus building for projects and programs that are intentional about community-centered engagement. She effectively builds strong coalitions and nurtures stakeholder relationships
She currently serves on the board of the Greater Dallas Planning Council (GDPC), the North Texas Interlink, and the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) Foundation Board. She brings a passion for cultivating the next generation of future leaders in the A/E/C industry to create a viable workforce through inclusive practices, equitable investments in infrastructure, and impactful strategies.
After an early career start working in the public sector, Adrienne quickly developed a keen interest in understanding the inner workings of large, complex infrastructure projects and understood the opportunities created as an economic driver that impacts small business growth and significant community benefit.
Ms. Williams is a consummate professional with impeccable work skills, a pleasing personality, and strong interpersonal and community relations skills.
